Worn and Torn
Limited Edition 8"x10" Print
$25
Each petal makes up a small memory of you and me. When they all come together side by side on top of themselves they make one beautiful vision of you when you were by my side. Missing you so much sometimes I just wish I could feel your hand as clearly as I feel each soft petal between my fingers. The perfume from the blooms fill my senses and it makes me remember our hugs and our long talks. I promise I will keep talking to you as long as I breathe and after the last bit of breath leaves my body I will one again be with you and we will dance round and round.

Not Insane, Just Very Sad
Limited Edition 8"x10" Print
$25
Something very tragic happened to Penance. Before “the thing”, which is what we will be calling the something tragic, Penance was still very high strung but perhaps a bit more social and happy then she was now. You see, she was very, very sad now. So sad in fact, that her little heart had actually broke right in half! The only thing holding it together so that it could still pump blood through her veins were the happy dreams she would have every night while she slept. Never once did Penance have even one nightmare after “the thing”. These happy dreams gave her little heart a time to heal while she slept. When she was awake she only felt awkward, sad and very alone. Digging endless holes in the lawn did help. That was her time to forget and only focus on what lay in the earth below her feet. Meeting Ophelia would turn her future into a different direction from where it very easily could have gone. With her new friends encouragement of her very odd hobby, Penance would find a very rewarding career in archeology in her future. She would even go on to be one of the first women to lead an exhibition in a foreign land. There was something about Ophelia’s honesty that gave her the courage not to flee. But for now she is just a young girl with a sad heart and a wonderfully strange habit of digging little holes.

Flowers For The Forgotten
Limited Edition 8"x10" Print
$25
Ophelia continued to lay the flowers on the graves that had been forgotten. She shared with Nevel all the stories she had figured out over the past few years. She explained that she preferred to come to the yard just as the sun set because the flowers almost had a glow to them against the grey stone in the darkening light. It was so dark Nevel couldn’t read the stones anymore but Ophelia knew the stories by heart. Once her pail was empty she looked at Nevel under the moonlight and asked “Do you think what I am doing makes a difference?” Nevel took a moment and looked around at the glowing flowers on the cold stones then looked back at Ophelia. Her black hair was so shiny it was reflecting the moon light and he had never seen her sparkling gray eyes have so much worry in them. He replied “I think everything we do makes a world of difference.”

The Story Behind Fairman
Limited Edition 8"x10" Print
$25
Fairman lived a very different life than the other children in the village. His life revolved around his family’s farm. The boy’s chores were not demanded of him only to teach responsibility, but they also were to ensure that his family could eat healthy meals and have a comfortable shelter over their heads. He only attended school when his chores allowed him to. If the fields needed to be tended during the harvest season then he did not attend classes. He was a young boy, but he knew how to swing a hammer to repair a fence or swing an axe to prepare a chicken for dinner just as well as a man could. Now you have to understand, it wasn’t that he had neglected Bat, as Ophelia had assumed. It was more so that he chose not to get attached to animals. He was taught to believe animals were only raised to feed people that otherwise would starve. Fairman did have one small ritual that no one knew about. He always gave thanks under his breath to any living creature which would give its life to feed his family.

Rose Buds
Limited Edition 8"x10" Print
$25
The girls exchanged compliments on their dresses as they spun and swirled in circles. They speculated about why there were carriages. Through the front door Ophelia could see the adults chatting in the foyer. Just then Nevel walked out. He wore a bright white shirt with a grey vest and dark knickerbockers. Ophelia had never seen the boys quite so polished. She felt as if the summer air had suddenly gotten warmer very quickly. Nevel smiled when he saw Ophelia. He explained that the carriages were there because they were all going to the country club for lunch. The girls let out a squeal and immediately began to practice their curtsies.

The Story Behind Damion
Limited Edition 8"x10" Print
$25
A brown wavy haired boy with soft brown eyes, Damion was more than misunderstood. He was the perfect example of the type of boy that Ophelia just didn’t understand. He always told big stories with very little truth behind them. It wasn’t so much that he was a liar it was more so that his imagination would get the best of him. Sometimes Ophelia would admit, she did love his stories. When he was quiet and calm he always seemed to be in very deep thought, so deep in fact, he would look angry. Unfortunately, trouble followed him wherever he went. It was either that or maybe he just had loads of bad luck. Ever since he was a little boy Damion lived in a small cabin just beyond the village store alone with his father. His father was a furniture maker but was better known in the village as the man who made coffins for the graveyard. He did the best he could raising his boy on his own. He had recently sent Damion to stay with his aunt in the. His father was hoping to get his son’s behavior under control. As a result of Damion’s wild nature, his aunt sent him home early before the summer had even finished.

Tea with Eleanor at 4 O’clock
Limited Edition 8"x10" Print
$25
Just as Ophelia had lost all hope the wind started to blow even stronger. She shut her umbrella and went back inside where she watched the storm from inside the screen door. She noticed a horse and carriage pass by her house. Then something curious happened. The horse did a U-turn and pulled up to her gate. A young man dressed in a black rain cape and hat jumped off the carriage.
He came running to her door.
“Is Miss Ophelia available?”
“Why yes. I am Ophelia.”
“Lady Eleanor has sent a carriage for you.”
Ophelia was overjoyed! No one had ever sent a
carriage for her before.
